This article will assist you in setting up your iPhone with your Hosted Exchange mailbox. This article assumes that you have iOS 13 installed. If you have an older version, the screenshots below may not align exactly. We recommend running the latest version of iOS. This will ensure your phone has the latest features and security patches.


  1. On the home screen, tap the Settings icon.
  2. Within Settings, scroll down and tap Accounts and Passwords
  3. iOS Step 1

  4. Tap Add Account
  5. iOS Step 2

  6. Tap Microsoft Exchange
  7. iOS Step 3

  8. Enter the following details:

    Email Address: example@example.com
    Description: Anything you’d like
  9. Tap Next
  10. iOS Step 4

  11. Tap Configure Manually
  12. iOS Step 5

  13. Enter the following details:

    Email Address: example@example.com
    Password: Your mailbox password
  14. Tap Next
  15. iOS Step 6

  16. Enter the following server information:

    Email Address: example@example.com
    Server: mex06.emailsrvr.com
    Domain: Leave blank
    Username: example@example.com
    Password: Your mailbox password
  17. iOS Step 7

  18. Tap Next

  19. Select the services that you wish to synchronize and then tap Save
  20. iOS Step 8

  21. Once saved, head over to the Mail app to access your email.

    Note: If you have a large mailbox, it may take several minutes before email appears. Please wait at least 15 minutes before troubleshooting.
